Step #1:  Consultation

Let’s connect! Before we start touring homes, we believe it’s important to sit down together and make sure we’re aligned. Taking the time to understand your needs, goals, and motivations allows us to guide you with clarity and purpose. Even in today’s digital world, there’s no substitute for a face-to-face conversation to get things started the right way.

Step #2: Search

Here’s where the fun begins! Along with closely monitoring the market, we’ll set you up with a personalized buyer portal that alerts you the moment a home matching your criteria becomes available. We’ll also tap into our network of agents to uncover upcoming listings and off-market opportunities. In fact, sometimes the perfect home isn’t officially on the market at all!


Step #3: The Offer


With careful searching and a bit of good timing, we’ll work to find the property that’s right for you. We’ll advise you on market value, recommend appropriate inspections, prepare the offer, clearly explain each section, and answer all of your questions before you sign.
Step #4: Inspection

Once under contract, the inspections specified in the contract will take place. If you are scheduling a home inspection, we suggest blocking out two to three hours. Attending the inspection gives you valuable insight into the home and helps you understand its condition before the next steps.

Step #5: Closing

Based on the closing timeline, you will usually have several weeks between the completion of inspections and the closing date. During this window, the seller will address any agreed-upon inspection items, and if you are using financing, you will work closely with your lender to complete all remaining requirements.

Step #6: Welcome

Welcome to our community. Although you’ve been part of it since our first conversation, this is your official introduction.
