Alan Murray's Profile

Originally from Massachusetts, Alan found himself in Hampton Roads courtesy of the NAVY and fell in love with the area. Alan began his real estate journey as an investor in 2010. He has bought and sold many houses since then to flip, wholesale, or rent. He also has been a Board member of Tidewater Real Estate Investment group for nearly a decade! His passion for real estate and helping others made the decision to become an agent an easy one! In 2021, he decided to put his knowledge of the area to good use and join the Murray Realty Group as a realtor.

When Alan isn’t helping buyers and sellers, meeting with investors, or tending his short-term rental, he can be found on his Harley or at the range. He’s a proud grandfather and avid golf player. He is also a proud NAVY veteran, and takes great pride in helping his military brothers and sisters with their real estate needs.  Alan belongs to the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, (VAREP) and holds a Military & Veterans Housing Certification, (MVHC) as well as being a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, (CREN), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Certification, Affiliated Buyers Representative, (ABR), and is a Circle of Excellence Award winner.
